Moby is an internet service provider (ISP) – best known for fast fiber, residential & business Internet, TV & Phone services in Calgary and Edmonton.

Residential services include Internet, TV, and Phone. Business services include Internet, TV, Phone, and Enterprise Solutions.

No contracts for residential.

We don’t believe in mandatory residential contracts. We want you to stay with Moby not because you have to, but because you want to.

We care about the neighbourhoods we service — we even live and work in them. Our office is located in downtown Calgary, our team is 100% local and we are 100% available when you need us.

Most residents want all 3 residential services. That’s why Moby offers inexpensive bundling options. Most businesses want robust custom solutions for their unique needs. So, Moby works directly with them to do that.

By owning our own fibre lines, you get the fastest speeds with no buffering or throttling. You’ll actually get the speed you paid for.

Promotions

Local customer service.

Because we’re based in Calgary and Edmonton, our offices are super close to where we have our connections. That means we can usually get someone to you at a moments notice. We’re not saying you’ll have problems, but if you do, you can call us and speak to a local member of Team Moby! 

We’ll never charge you for an installation or service call. The only payment we need when you sign up is a one-time refundable modem deposit.
